By registering an account or continuing to use Hangly, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy and the Community Guidelines.
Hangly is intended for adults (18+). Alcohol-related events are available only to people who have reached the legal drinking age in their jurisdiction.
You are responsible for keeping access to your account and for everything done under it. One account belongs to one real person; fake or duplicate accounts are not allowed.
Users create events and interact offline at their own discretion and risk. Hangly is only a tool for coordinating meetups: it is not a party to arrangements between users and does not guarantee the behaviour, identity or intentions of participants.
Harassment, discrimination, threats, fraud, spam, selling illegal goods or services, and creating unsafe or misleading events are prohibited. Violations may lead to a warning, restricted functionality or account suspension.
By publishing an event description, a chat message or a profile photo, you confirm that you have the right to do so and grant Hangly a limited licence to display that content to other users within the app.
We may hide content, restrict functionality or suspend accounts to protect users and comply with the law — following a report or on our own initiative.
Hangly is provided "as is", without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the actions of users during offline meetups arranged through the app.
We may update these terms. We will announce material changes in the app or on this page.
